"Ms. Henry provided me with the coverage I requested. She went over every item in detail and allowed me to make decisions based on that information. They kept telling me what I could not do and kept adding costs to the quote and I still would not have gotten the coverage I requested."

"Honestly, I don’t know why I even bother. But it may help someone. I was 5 years with State Farm and I am very disappointed with their service now. They don’t provide any cancelation endorsement. They do their own calculation without being legit to what the premiums should be. And they have no explanation but to say “that is what it is” and there’s no one to talk about it. They are okay with taking your money and not giving a reason why. Also make changes to policies without one giving a concept to do so. This is how they treat a 5 year almost 6 year customer. And if I canceled was because $1000 a month not reasonable!!!"
